• Contact details you give us: first and last name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
• Reservation details: quantity of interest and your selected “biggest heel struggle”.
• Technical data automatically logged with each submission: IP address and browser user-agent, used for spam prevention and analytics.

We do not collect or store any payment or credit-card information. No card is charged for a reservation.

How we use it

• To hold your reservation and contact you before launch about pricing, shipping, and availability.
• To send launch updates and, if you opt in, occasional SMS reminders.
• To prevent abuse and improve the site.

SMS consent

If you check the “text me” option, you consent to receive automated text messages about the launch. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Who processes your data

Our site and data are hosted on Cloudflare (hosting, database, and bot protection). Notification emails are sent via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep reservation and subscriber records until launch and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe, at any time by emailing contact@klutchspray.com.
