We stand behind Klutch with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not for you, we’ll refund you — even if the bottle is opened.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. Because this is a satisfaction guarantee, a used or opened bottle still qualifies.

How to start a return

Email contact@klutchspray.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address — please don’t ship anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email contact@klutchspray.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Pre-order cancellations

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund of anything you’ve paid. Email contact@klutchspray.com.
