Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping is $5.99 per order. Shipping is free on orders over $75. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & delivery

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days via a tracked US carrier (USPS or UPS). Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.

Pre-orders

Klutch is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders ship when the first production run is ready — we email you before anything ships, and pre-orders ship in the order they were placed.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can’t find it, email contact@klutchspray.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll make it right.
